- "Site" means the website www.flatcap.biz owned by Flatcap Caricature.
- "User" or "You" means a user of the "Site".
General Disclaimer...
We are providing the "Site" on an "as is, as available" basis to the user. "You" use the "Site" entirely at your own risk, and Flatcap Caricature cannot be held responsible for any loss of data whilst using this "Site" nor can it be held responsible for any consequential loss of data, nor can it be held responsible for any losses occurring through the transmission of a "virus" or a "worm".

The "User" acknowledges that the information, data, images, sounds, illustrations and other materials on the "Site" are copyrighted works of Flatcap Caricature and/or various third party providers. Reproduction or storage of information or works retrieved from this "Site", in all forms, by media or technologies now existing or hereafter developed, is forbidden without the express permission of Flatcaps-tshirtsandmugs.
B. TRANSACTION TERMS
When you place an order such as for a photo caricature on the Flatcap Caricature website you will be confirming that you accept our terms and conditions laid out here.
Acceptance and Fulfillment of Order
When payment for your order is received by Flatcap Caricature a contract exists between us. We will endeavour to fulfill your order within the timescale you will have received in your quotation. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays in carriage which are outside our control.
Delivery
All orders are sent by Royal Mail.
We aim to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible. Customers will normally receive their order in 1 - 2 working days after dispatch. Please allow for possible delays in the two-week period prior to Christmas! We will send you an email when your order has left our premises. Please bear these timescales in mind before contacting us about non-delivery.
Payment
Our payment processes are fully secured using a 128-bit encryption payment gateway provided by PayPal, one of the largest Payment Service Providers in the world. Payment may be made with confidence using credit or debit card or with a PayPal account. Please note that having a PayPal account is not necessary in order to be able to order from this website!
Right to Cancel
If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us immediately by telephone and confirm by email. Provided that work has not commenced on your order a full refund will be made.
It is not possible to cancel photo caricatures once work has commenced on your commission.
Returns and Refunds Policy
- Item damaged in transit - If an item delivered has been damaged in transit you can return it within 7 days of receipt for replacement or a full refund including postage. We reserve the right to determine which is most appropriate.
- If you are unhappy about your order for any other reason, please contact us and we will work with you to try to agree a satisfactory solution for you. We want you to be entirely happy!
YOU MUST CONTACT US PRIOR TO RETURNING DAMAGED ORDERS TO INFORM US OF YOUR INTENTIONS
